UG Watchwinds offers high class watch repairs to many different brands, from Alpina to Zenith. At UG Watchwinds we believe that a watch tells more than the time, every watch has a story and sentimental value, we want to offer you an efficient and friendly service.

At UG Watchwinds we strive to be unique, not only in our professional repairs but also in our unmatched customer service. We want to give you that extra personal touch, we want our customers to have a great experience and refer us onto other watch fanatics!

All enquires are welcomed and encouraged, we aim to respond to ALL enquires within 48 hours.

How we work:

We do not have set opening times and we work by appointment only, we believe in giving you a quote for the work that is required before you meet us. Our online service makes this easy for you! It allows you to send us pictures, videos, make phone calls and have a fully remote consultation about your watch. 

Once happy with the quoted price and timeframe, we will give you an appointment time and date to come down and leave your watch with us. Upon arrival, we will schedule you a watch collection appointment- any potential delays are sent to you as soon as possible as we are dedicated to giving you an exceptional customer experience.

Location:

We are based inside the dental practice New Brooklyn Dental Care and share the same address, 6 Gelderd Road. When attending an appointment come to the main reception desk and one of our technicians will greet you.
